We’re thrilled to share that Nylas has been recognized for the Best Company Culture and Best CEO from Comparably.com!
Nylas ranks amongst the top 50 small to mid-sized organizations across the United States. We are very honored to be recognized among such a great list of companies. Our mission is to prove that it’s possible to both be a fast growing business and a deeply human one.
Comparably awards are granted to companies with the highest ratings from employees based on hundreds of culture and growth questions in core culture categories including: compensation, leadership, happiness, work-Life balance, perks & benefits, and more. The final data set was compiled from nearly 10 million ratings across 50,000 U.S. companies.
The Nylas API handles more than 100 million API requests per day and has synced 15 billion emails, with 22,000 developers signed up to use the API. We at Nylas have worked very hard to build a company that is equal by identified gender; and diversity, inclusion, and transparency comprise a significant part of our key values. In addition to holding diversity and training workshops every 6 months to convey its importance, we actively work with organizations like HackBright, WomenWhoCode, Code2040, /dev/color, POCIT, and others who push the tech industry to be more diverse and inclusive.
In addition to winning the Best Overall Company Culture award, Nylas CEO Gleb Polyakov has also been recognized in the category of “Best CEO.” Nylas CTO and Co-founder, Christine Spang shared some sentiments on the announcement, “Gleb has done an amazing job leading the company to new heights while maintaining our employee-first culture.”
“Nylas stood out as one of the best places to work overall with one of the best CEOs in Gleb Polyakov, as rated by employees on Comparably across all facets of workplace culture,” says Jason Nezar, CEO of Comparably. “The company’s thoughtful approach to a culture of transparency and collaboration earned high praise from its employees, as did Gleb’s empowering leadership and forward-thinking vision.”
2018 has been a year of immense growth for us as it establishes itself as the go to product for the embedded communications API industry. The awards come on the heels of our recent 16.2m Series B funding round, led by Spark Capital.
Our goal is to continue to focus on our culture as we grow and never lose sight of what makes a company successful – not just from a revenue perspective, but also as a forward thinking, people – focused organization that supports each individual with their personal career path.
