Nylas pricing is usage-based. You pick a plan — Notetaker, Calendar, or Full Platform — with a low monthly base fee, then pay only for what you use beyond what is included, such as additional Notetaker hours or connected accounts. Enterprise plans are custom-priced for volume.

A connected account is any end-user mailbox or calendar your application links to Nylas — for example a Google or Microsoft account a customer authenticates. Your plan includes a set number of connected accounts, and you are billed a per-account rate for each additional account.

Yes. You can upgrade from a pay-as-you-go plan to a custom Enterprise plan at any time as your usage grows. Talk to our team and we will migrate your account with volume pricing and no disruption to your integration.
