What is a connected account?

Can I use Nylas for free?

Yes, Nylas’ free tier allows you to use up to 5 accounts in a sandbox environment to build, test, and evaluate the Nylas platform.

How does Nylas pricing work?

Nylas is priced per connected account per month. Prices vary depending on the capabilities that you need. You can unlock volume discounts when you commit to an annual contract agreement, with options for multi-year plans and upfront payment discounts.

Can I switch from pay-as-you-go to Custom Plans?

Yes! When you are ready to move into an annual contract, you can contact a platform specialist here.

What are the differences in your custom plans?

Nylas has two packages available: Full Platform and Calendar only. In these packages, we have plans that go from basic to advanced capabilities, depending on the functionality you need to power your application.

Does Nylas offer white glove services?

All our plans include basic onboarding and support. You can add extra white-glove services with our Full and Premium Support and Onboarding packages, which can be purchased as add-ons. They include faster SLAs, more support channels, dedicated CSM, and more!

Can I whitelabel Nylas & hide your branding from authentication?

When users authenticate to your Nylas application with Hosted Authentication, they’re directed to a nylas.com URL and this is visible to your users. This can be customized to your own domain with the “White-Labeled Hosted Auth’ addon.
