Yes. You get full API access to every product for free: email, calendar, Notetaker, and Agent Accounts, with enough included to build and test a proof of concept. No credit card required and no charges, ever.

A connected account is any end-user mailbox or calendar your application links to Nylas, for example a Google or Microsoft account a customer authenticates. Your plan includes a set number of connected accounts, and you are billed a per-account rate for each additional account.

An Agent Account gives your AI agent its own email inbox and calendar, hosted by Nylas. Your plan includes a set number of accounts plus monthly email, storage, and bandwidth for them.

A bot hour is one hour the Notetaker bot spends in a Google Meet, Teams, or Zoom meeting, recording, transcribing, and summarizing it. Your plan includes a set number of bot hours each month.

Most usage simply keeps running, and anything extra is billed at the rates shown on your plan each month. A few limits are fixed, like on the Free plan, and upgrading raises them right away.

Pro Annual is the same Pro plan at a better price: you commit for 12 months and in return get a lower monthly fee, lower rates across every product, and Basic Support from our team. It also unlocks features reserved for annual plans, like Scheduler whitelabeling.

Enterprise is for teams running Nylas at scale or in regulated industries. You get lower rates at higher volumes, a contractual uptime SLA, the ability to sign a BAA, custom terms, and dedicated support and onboarding, all under one agreement shaped around your usage.

Yes. Every plan includes access to our developer forums, monitored by the Nylas team. Pro Annual and Enterprise include Basic Support, and Enterprise customers can add advanced support plans, guided onboarding, and professional services.
